Frequently Asked Questions
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and process all payments through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.
How do I cancel my support?
You can cancel at any time by logging into your account or contacting donate@spat.org. There are no cancellation fees.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. You’ll receive an email receipt immediately. For UK taxpayers, we’re a registered charity and can claim Gift Aid, increasing your contribution by 25%.
Can I donate in other currencies?
Currently we accept GBP, USD, and EUR. Conversion happens at the current exchange rate.
How will I know my impact?
All supporters receive quarterly impact reports. Monthly supporters also get access to exclusive webinars with our scholars.
